1. Content & 50% Community Kick Protocol
Illegal, pornographic, fraudulent, hate speech, or socially unacceptable content is strictly prohibited. You bear all legal responsibility for age and regional targeting compliance.
Crowd Control: If 50% or more of the active users in a targeted room vote to remove your ad within 1 hour, the ad is instantly and permanently removed.

2. Billing, Refunds & Refusal of Service
Billing and impression metrics are calculated relying strictly and solely on BarlllChat's internal server data. Discrepancies with third-party trackers will not be acknowledged.
Refunds & Penalties: You will be refunded for any unserved remaining impressions. HOWEVER, the system reserves the absolute right to refuse future ad bookings from advertisers who exhibit a pattern of frequent refunds, cancellations, or community kicks.

3. 100% Indemnification & Platform Rights
You bear 100% of all legal responsibilities and financial costs (including the platform's attorney fees) for any third-party disputes arising from your ad.
The platform reserves the absolute right to refuse, halt, or remove ads at any time without prior notice. Under no circumstances shall the platform's liability exceed the total amount paid by the advertiser.

4. Data Privacy & Licensing
You grant the platform a royalty-free, worldwide license to display your ad content. If your target URL collects user data, you must strictly comply with global data privacy laws (GDPR, CCPA, etc.). Unauthorized data harvesting is forbidden.

BarChat defends against virtual hacking with a physical barrier. Users can only access or interact with the System by physically scanning a real-world barcode. · Sign-up: We do not request your name, phone number, or national ID.
· Access Data: Temporary identifiers generated upon connection maintain the communication link only, and are discarded the moment the session ends.

Srawasti Inc. is headquartered in South Korea, so settlement is in South Korean Won (KRW) at a fixed rate of $1 = 1,500 KRW; the intrinsic USD value is preserved. Payment is captured in full at booking confirmation. The advertiser confirms on [ CONFIRM & PAY ] before any charge occurs.

                

                

                    
5. Taxes & fees not included

                    
Settlement is in KRW at a fixed $1 = 1,500 KRW rate via TossPayments. Any applicable taxes and card-issuer FX fees are outside the listed USD price.

                

                

                    
6. Refund policy

                    
Pro-rata refunds for any unserved impressions when a booking is cancelled, blocked, or rejected after payment. Repeated refunds may result in refusal of future bookings, per Advertiser Terms.

1. The BarChat SEAL.exe you download runs from any folder with no separate installation required.

                
2. Powerful folder locking and blocking of designated URLs are achieved in a very simple way.

                
3. However, to use it you must register a Master ID on BarChat and take out a paid subscription. ($10 / month)

                
    
                    
  • Create a Master ID. (It is created naturally while registering a new item,
    or press the ># config button on the initial scan screen to create a Master ID.)

  • Scan the barcode of the item you designated as your seal, and enter that barcode room.
    • 
                    
  • Press the SEAL button at the top and continuously auto-scan that item — the SEAL is then registered.
    • 
                    
  • Double-click the BarChatSEAL.EXE you downloaded to your PC; it authenticates your Master ID with the email and password
    you registered.
    • 
                    
  • Immediately, the feature that locks every folder on your PC is activated.
    • 
                    
  • Register the folder or link you want to lock in the BarChatSEAL.EXE window, or right-click directly on the folder.
    • 
                    
  • Select LOCK and the folder is locked instantly.
    • 
                    
  • A locked folder will never open unless you scan the barcode you registered as the SEAL.
    • 
                    
  • Right-click the locked folder and select UNLOCK. A prompt then asks you to scan the registered seal within 1 minute.
    Scan the barcode you registered and press [SEAL] / [인감] / [印鑑] while in the Master ID state — your PC instantly receives the folder-release signal.

  • Links work the same way: pressing the SEAL button in the barcode room to release it opens the designated link.
    If you place a bank certificate on a specific PC and lock the link, there is no way whatsoever to access the bank without
    scanning the barcode.

  • Only one Master ID is recognized per PC. To install on a different PC, open the program, press the "System Trace Cleanup (required before deletion)" button, and then re-authenticate your Master ID.

  • On the first download and Master ID authentication, server verification may take a few minutes.
